We require a 30 day notice for cancellations.
Cancellations made 14 to 30 days out from arrival date will receive a 50% refund
Cancellations made 7 to 14 days out from arrival date will receive a 25% refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days from arrival date will forfeit the full payment minus the cleaning fee
Cancellations during your stay or early departure does not warrant any refund. Once we are within 14 days of the arrival date of a reservation no changes to dates or number of days may be made without penalty. Cancellations due to COVID-19 will only be granted outside of our cancellation policy if: short-term rentals are closed by the city, county or state government; or a travel ban is implemented by the State of Colorado for travelers from the state where the primary guest (person whose name the reservation is in) resides. We do not give refunds outside of our cancellation policy for activities, events, or resort amenities being closed or cancelled due to COVID restrictions. Under no circumstances do we grant refunds after guest departure. Also, under no circumstance do we grant refunds for the property not being up to your standard of clean or cleaning related items once you have stayed overnight in the property. If the property is not up to your satisfaction or things are not in good working order, we must be notified immediately. We do not grant refunds after the guest’s stay has commenced.
The minimum stay is 3 nights.
The maximum stay is 7 nights.
The check-in time is 4pm.
The check-out time is 11am.
Building Policy does not allow Pets. Pets are not allowed.
